Community Rules, Terms, and Disclaimers

Age requirement. Membership is limited to persons 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.

Educational content only. Wizard Trends Community, Wizard Trends Inc., its owners, moderators, members, software, indicators, strategies, posts, messages, videos, charts, alerts, market commentary, and automated tools provide general educational and informational content only. Nothing in the community is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or trading advice. Nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, foreign currency, ETF, or other financial instrument.

Independent decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, orders, risk controls, and results. Verify all information independently and consult qualified licensed professionals when appropriate.

Trading risk. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital. Leveraged products can produce losses greater than expected. Past, simulated, hypothetical, backtested, or community-reported performance does not guarantee future results. Technical failures, delayed data, inaccurate data, disconnections, software errors, and execution differences may occur.

System disclaimer. The software and community are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, profitability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Remote chart assistance is limited to permissions granted by the user but remains subject to software and network failure. Never rely on the system as the sole method of monitoring positions or risk.

No abusive content. No harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, impersonation, spam, scams, illegal content, malicious code, explicit nudity, pornography, sexually exploitative content, or abusive/profane language. Be respectful. Do not publish another person’s private information.

Content rights and responsibility. You must own or have permission to post all text, images, videos, code, and other material. You remain responsible for your posts. Do not upload copyrighted, confidential, harmful, or unlawful material.

Account and membership enforcement. Wizard Trends may moderate content, restrict features, suspend, cancel, or permanently terminate any account or membership at any time, with or without prior notice, when necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, address abuse or security risks, comply with law, or operate the service. Free membership does not create a right to continued access.

No warranty and limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizard Trends and its representatives are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, service interruptions, account actions, third-party conduct, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the community or software.

Privacy and security. Protect your password. Do not share account credentials. Profile visibility controls do not guarantee that information cannot be copied by other users. Administrators may access records when required for support, moderation, security, legal compliance, or system operation.

Changes. Rules and features may be updated. Continued use after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
